With great sadness I left
Canberra in December 2005.
Since arriving in Perth I've been very busy.
I love living in Perth but I miss my Canberra friends. Its been wonderful spending time with my elderly parents. In 2006 I completed my Bachelor of Education. It was very, very challenging. However getting a number of high distinctions made it worthwhile. I visited Bali and Jakarta in January 2007 with my family. It was great.
I've had a busy year teaching at a number of schools - both Christian and government. I'm also managed Lincoln's footy team during the winter. I had a great holiday in June back in Canberra. It was great to be 'home' seeing all my friends and walking around the beautiful city. Christmas 2007 was a busy time. We had a crowd over for Christmas lunch and the week before I was working at Colorado to help pay the bills.
2008 was busy with teaching, managing Linc's footy team (we won the West Perth u16s grand final) - and trying to be a great wife and mother. I had a great holiday in Bali in July. Wonderful being able to shop, shop... It's now time for a break.
